SECTION 1 – DELIVERY

All orders are processed the same business day and will be shipped 1 day after ordering. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery in the EU. All international orders will take 5-15 day to arrive.  All orders will be shipped secured and you will get a tracking code so you can follow your shipment. 

All orders are sent from EU warehouse.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

Per istruzioni, contattare il servizio clienti all’indirizzo [email protected]. Se la spedizione è stata smarrita dal corriere e non è stata recuperata, e il rapporto di conferma della consegna mostra una mancata consegna, provvederemo a rispedire senza alcun costo per il cliente. Tuttavia, se la spedizione viene dichiarata persa dal corriere e la conferma di consegna indica “consegnato”, la nostra garanzia è stata soddisfatta e NON RIMBORSEREMO GRATUITAMENTE. Se accettiamo il vostro reso, riceverete un rimborso al netto delle spese di spedizione e di una tassa di rifornimento del 15%. SECTION 3 – REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

SECTION 4 – EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected].
